Edition of modern Urbanity to location : HarboProject BS:004

Sketch by William Harbison
1. Site is examined

2. Important historical, social, environmental and economic artefacts and observations are recorded.

3. Significant data including its peripheries become the site and from here the edition of modern urbanity can apply.

4. The site is completely excavated to a minimum of 3 basement levels. The 3rd basement level is assigned to public/community use., where underground trans-city objectives could be programmed such as transport or other networks.

5. Requirements for connectivity and moderation to specific networks are established including; Under ground water, electricity, sewage, mains water, optical fiber, and other enterprises eg. beer on tap if so desired.

The site and its triad of programs are de-laminated and reissued to accommodate for the needs of the individual.
eg. green roof with excess water running into the underground water table and measured (possibly with credit payments). As the green roof or portable garden is separated from ground level the 'modern urban service network' must complete this link.
