Yeah I will need to allow for more natural connections. It is suppose to be a living network.

Too big for general demographic. affordable 2 bedroom apartments are 60-70m2.
People will be interested to see what you can do for the general demographic. Looking for 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Build cost in Adelaide at the moment tends to $2000 per m2
